As always, the good folks at Yates could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The work was scheduled exactly when I requested and was completed by the time we returned from a nice visit to a local cafe. It is very comforting to deal with people we trust to do timely good work at a reasonable price.

Had the interior of my car detailed at the E Braddock Rd location. Yates' team did a great job! I had just returned from the beach. The seats & floorboards were sandy & the seats & side panels all had sunscreen residue. When I got my car back, the interior looked brand new! Thank you Yates!

First class service. Entire staff is highly professionalized from the moment you bring your car in for service. Customer is greeted warmly and every step there-on is fully explained in terms a customer can understand. Very kiind, informative and trustworthy interaction!

I could not be any happier than I am with Yates auto! I had an issue with my car and had been to another repair shop for an estimate which was exorbitant. I went to Yates and Bryan Helped me find a much more economical solution. I wish I could give him six stars. Dara at the front desk was delightful as well. Amy

Went to Yates Express Lub for a VA car inspection. A co-worker recommended Yates based on her great experience! She was spot on. All of the staff members are professional and courteous. By 9a there were 4 cars ahead.of me. They have a special lane for inspections. A staff member will come around with a clip board for you to fill out information. You can go inside the cool Sunco gas station for restroom breaks and snacks! Elleni came to everyone's car offering cookies and coffee while we all waited. This was such a pleasant surprise as she is outgoing and professional! Luis performs your inspection and he is courteous and professional as well! Afterwards you.get a ticket to redeem for a free automatic car wash down the street at shell gas station! I also observed the option for customers to have a repair there if needed to pass their inspection. Highly recommend Yates Express Lube. Such a great team!
